Centres for Meeting and Events

Convocation Hall:
The institute has a fully air-condition convocation hall, which can accommodate around 150 people. It is equipped with all modern facilities required for the audio-visual presentations. It is more often used for faculty-students seminars on Ph.D./M.Phil. proposal, synopsis and also for the MPS/DPS term paper presentation.

Seminar Hall:
The seminar hall of the institute, which is at the first floor of the administrative building, is generally used for conducting faculty meeting. It can accommodate a group comprising 30-35 people. It also has teaching and presentation facilities to organize scientific and other kinds of lectures.

Conference Hall:
It is meant to organize different training programme undertaken by the institute from time to time. It can comfortably accommodate around 25 participants in a air-condition environment. However, its capacity can be extended up to 45 persons. It has refreshment corner and audio-visual support to conduct the lecturers during the courses. Both over-head and PowerPoint presentation can be made here. This is situated at the second floor of the Data-Centre-Library building.

Committee Room:
The committee room is situated at the first floor of the academic building. This is appropriate place to organize a meeting with 15-20 people. This room is fully air-conditioned and has a provision of round-table discussion. It also has all the modern teaching facilities.
