A CALL FOR PAPER FOR ‘POPULATION AND ENVIRONMENT BULLETIN’

PUBLISHED BY ENVIS CENTRE ON POPULATION AND ENVIRONMENT

International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai

Dear Friends

As you are aware that ENVIS Centre on Population and Environment (funded by Ministry of Environment Forests, Government of India) is functioning at IIPS since 2004.  As part of the regular activities of the Centre we are maintaining a website and publishing “Population and Environment Bulletin” three to four issues in a year.  The bulletin contains an article on the population and environment interface in each issue, apart from other important information.  In case any of you are interested in publishing a research work either empirical or theoretical on population and environment, you may send us your paper at our e-mails: iip@envis.nic.in,  rbbhagat@iips.net.

The article should not be more than 5000 words.  The article will be reviewed by two faculty members of the Institute before taking decision to publish in the Bulletin. For previous issues, please visit our website http://www.iipsenvis.nic.in for more information.

With best regards

(Dr R.B.Bhagat)
